Mark Broude is a finance partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking, Derivatives, and Restructuring & Special Situations Practices. His practice focuses on business reorganization, creditors' rights, representation of unsecured creditors' committees, and bank finance.

Mr. Broude represents pre-petition and post-petition lenders in workouts and Chapter 11 cases; bondholders, both individually and formal and informal committees; and potential acquirers of assets of companies in Chapter 11, both under section 363 and pursuant to plans of reorganization, as well as statutory committees, including most recently, the official committee of unsecured creditors of Delphi Corporation, the largest industrial bankruptcy in United States history. He also represents debtors in complex Chapter 11 cases, including Spring Air Partners and a major Atlantic City hotel and casino company.  

Mr. Broude speaks frequently on a variety of bankruptcy-related topics and is the author of several articles. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, International Bar Association, and Association of the Bar for the City of New York.
