Lauren Y. Clairicia leads the Latham Global Attorney Diversity & Inclusion team. In that capacity, she has worked closely with the Diversity Leadership Committee since its inception to define and implement the firm’s global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and initiatives, including oversight of all of the firm’s lawyer affinity groups.
Ms. Clairicia collaborates with leaders, committees, and administrative departments across the firm to strengthen a culture of inclusion where all colleagues feel they belong as they are.
A former practicing lawyer, she began her Latham career as a corporate associate in the San Francisco and Orange County offices, then served as Director of Global Attorney Training, overseeing all of the firm’s professional development and mentoring programs for attorneys.
