Glen B. Collyer retired from the partnership in December 2017. He was a partner in the Los Angeles office’s Finance Department. Mr. Collyer is the former Vice Chair of the firm’s West Coast Finance Committee. He was previously Chair of the Los Angeles Finance Department and the Banking Practice.
Mr. Collyer's practice included representation of lenders, borrowers, and equity sponsors in the structuring and documenting of financing transactions for public and private financing transactions.
