Latham Advises Secretariat on Market Entry in Germany

Latham & Watkins has advised Secretariat on its market entry into Germany with the launch of offices in Hamburg and Munich. As part of the strategic growth, three new leaders join Secretariat’s roster of experts led by Alexander Demuth and joined by Directors Dr. Björn Brand and Christian Gruschwitz.

The Latham team was led by Hamburg corporate partner Stefan Widder, with associates Jacob Ahme and Robert Müller. Advice was also provided on employment matters by Munich partner Tobias Leder and counsel Florian Dehmel, and on IT matters by Frankfurt counsel Thies Deike.
