Latham & Watkins Advises Extensiv in US$80 Million Senior Secured Loan from Runway Growth Capital

Runway Growth Capital LLC, a leading provider of growth loans to both venture and non-venture-backed companies seeking an alternative to raising equity, has announced the closing of a senior secured term loan of US$80 million to Extensiv, a leader in omnichannel fulfillment solutions. The funding will be used to refinance existing debt and provide additional working capital, while also enhancing Extensiv’s product suite and organic/inorganic growth strategies.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Extensiv in the transaction with a private equity finance team led by Boston partner Susan Yoon Parker, with associates Alex Bossone and Lacy Giesecke. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Bay Area partner Katharine Moir, with associate Derek Gumm.
