Latham & Watkins Named IFN Law Firm of the Year

In announcing this year’s winners, IFN wrote of Latham’s strong presence across insolvency and restructuring, technology, private equity, energy and natural resources, mergers and acquisitions, banking, and capital markets: “What then sets Latham & Watkins above the crowd? The awards also honored the firm as the winner of its Mergers & Acquisitions category, and awarded the firm an honorable mention in its Private Equity category. The firm’s recognition in these categories comes from advising the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in connection with the second phase of the privatization of the flour milling sector through an auction sale of two milling companies. The firm also received an honorable mention in the Arbitration, Insolvency & Restructuring category.
