Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE: KSS) (Kohl’s or the Company), a leading omnichannel retailer, announced that based on the preliminary vote count provided by its proxy solicitor following the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Kohl’s shareholders have voted to re-elect all 13 of the Company’s highly qualified director nominees to the Company’s Board of Directors.
