Latham & Watkins Advises on Reno de Medici’s Bond Issuance in Connection With Its Acquisition by Apollo Funds

A cross-border team represented the initial purchasers in the €445 million sustainability-linked senior secured floating rate notes issuance.

Latham & Watkins advised the initial purchasers on Reno de Medici’s (RDM) issuance of €445 million sustainability-linked senior secured floating rate notes due 2026, concurrent with a super senior revolving credit facility, in connection with the acquisition of RDM by funds managed by Apollo.  

The Latham team was led by corporate finance partners Jennifer Engelhardt, Ross Anderson and Hendrik Smit in London, with associates Court Tisdale, Zahra Haji, Matthias Haberstig and Hayden Putre.
