Latham & Watkins Advises Clarify Health in its US$115 Million Series C Funding

A corporate deal team advises the enterprise analytics company in the financing round.

Clarify Health, a leading enterprise analytics company delivering real-world insights to healthcare organizations, announced it has raised US$115 million in Series C funding. New investor, Insight Partners, led the round alongside Spark Capital, Concord Health Partners, and HWVP, with participation from the company’s largest investor, KKR, as well as Rivas Capital and Sigmas Group. The new funds will be used to further scale the company’s self-service healthcare analytics cloud and business applications.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Clarify Health in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Patrick Pohlen and Miles Jennings, with associates Vishal Ganesan and Kevin Cergol.
