Miles Ruthberg Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

Miles Ruthberg, of counsel in the New York office, has received the New York Law Journal’s (NYLJ) Lifetime Achievement Award as a “legendary force in the securities and class action litigation fields” for his accomplishments and impact on the legal community and the practice of law throughout his entire career. Ruthberg has steered the accounting profession and major companies through some of their most consequential litigation, spearheaded the dramatic growth of Latham’s Global Litigation & Trial Department, and distinguished himself with his humility, professionalism, strategic vision, and unrelenting excellence.
