Latham & Watkins Advises New Republic Pictures in Financing Deal with Paramount

A Century City-based team advised on the transaction.

New Republic Pictures announced they have closed a multiple picture co-financing and distribution agreement with Paramount Pictures to finance a slate of ten motion pictures including Mission: Impossible 7 and Top Gun: Maverick.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents New Republic Pictures in the agreement with an Entertainment, Sports and Media team led by Century City partner Ken Deutsch with associates Kendall Johnson, Adam Raichilson and Omeed Anvar.
